A limited warranty describes what can and will be done by the manufacturer and the manufacturers' representatives, as well as the limitations of the warranty. Contact your Blue Bird Dealer if you have any questions about the limited warranties applicable to your Blue Bird bus.

Bus Warranty

Contact your Blue Bird Dealer immediately upon discovery of a defect. For defects/repairs that are covered under Blue Bird’s standard limited warranty or another vehicle/component warranty, your Blue Bird Dealer will help arrange for the repairs by the Dealer, by the Owner/Operator, or by another qualified repair facility.

Premium Warranties

Your Blue Bird Dealer can also provide information about premium limited warranties from Blue Bird, which are available for purchase from your Blue Bird Dealer for up to 1 year after delivery of the bus to the first owner/operator.

Service Parts Warranty

BBSP's limited warranty on parts purchased is one (1) year from the date of purchase from the Blue Bird Dealer. The parts are warranted for defects in workmanship and materials. Damage due to improper installation is not warranted, and is the responsibility of the installer. If a part has an expressed warranty, BBSP will honor and administer that warranty if it exceeds one (1) year.
